Here is the one I got in early of this year, an old stock UDT Horse Collar Flotation Vest which made by Mustang Survival, it came with origional box. These were generally used by specialized unit such as U.S. Navy SEALs who performing maritime operations. Classic 90's old school gear, but still be used in recent modern warfare.
